I
want my photos retouched, how do I get started and what
can I expect from the ordering process?
First, email me details of your retouching needs. Attach
a couple of images so I can get a better idea of how
much work is required. I will respond with a quote and
an estimated date of completion. Ordering begins with
discussing my rates and your needs, then coming to an
agreement. I will get to work on your images as soon
as I can. I will send them to you when I finish and
if corrections are needed, you can email me with your
requests and I will do my best to make the adjustments.
When you are happy with them, I will send you the invoice.

How
long will it take to get my photos done?
It depends on the number of images and how much
work you want done. Usually for small, basic orders,
I will get the images back to you within 3 days, sometimes
sooner. Larger and more detailed orders may take 1-2
weeks.

How
should I send my photos to you?
Email them to luana@intrigue-productions.net.
You can also upload your photos to my server via FTP,
and if you decide to do this, please contact me so that
I can provide you with the login info. YouSendIt,
Sendspace,
or any other similar online delivery services will work
as well. I will also accept photos saved on external
drives or CD / DVD's. Your finished images can be returned
the same way. |

How
big should I send my files?
You should always send the largest file that you
have. This ensures the highest reproduction quality
and the best quality of work when retouching photos.
